A note on indictments

Just because something or someone is being accused in court doesn't make them guilty. The indictments and investigations against the current leaders of the regime in America and the former leader of the regime in Iraq are not proof of guilt.

Don't assume that Saddam will be convicted any more than you'd assume DeLay will be convicted, and vice versa.
